Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley was born on February 26th, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He is one of the wealthiest and famous Reggae singers. In the cult film of the same name Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album in 1996, With Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles like Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap was a perfect fit (remix) and Sensimelia. These all helped to establish Ky-Mani's status as a new reggae musician. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell from Fugees on Avenue in 1997, which proved to be a massively popular cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley performed at Midem (international music festival) in the year it was held at Miami for the first time.
